It’s been a while since I last made an entry, but here we are.
This morning I decided to wake the children up with a little exercise. I got out the hoops to do some ‘hula hooping’ it was great. The star of the morning was Oscar he kept going until he had got it, just stopping for a short boost of energy- his breakfast then back to ‘hula hooping again. Here are a few photos, and yes I had a go and so did Mrs Chick and Mrs Osego only they managed not to get their photo taken, they still need some practice!
We may try some other exercises next week. Any ideas! Â

We have had a busy time in Breakfast Club. Just a few weeks ago we enjoyed a little halloween activity of ‘Duck Apple’. We had a bobbing time and not to mention, a few bangs on the head with an apple or two, no injuries though, you will be glad to know. Then the children kindly offered to help with the washing up, while Mrs Cassidy put her feet up and had a cuppa! Jake and David decided to teach themselves how to play Chess, and now we are enjoying some sticky Christmas crafts which you will get to see at the end of term. Thanks to Mrs Davis for working an extra hour on Wednesdays to support the children with these activities.
I am hoping to get some up to date photos for you to see as soon as my laptop allows me to, having just a few problems at the moment.
If you have any activities you would like to do at Breakfast Club please let me know.
                Thanks. Â

We appologise if you have had to wait at the door in the mornings for it to be opened, it can get very busy at breakfast time and sometimes we do not hear you knocking on the door. This problem has now been solved. There is a buzzer on the table in the entrance area for you to press during the club times. Mrs Cassidy has the other end of the buzzer attached to her so you will be heard straight away!

Yes! We still have a number of places available. All you need to do is call in at school and ask to speak to Mrs Cassidy.Â
So far breakfast club is going very well. If you are a parent of one of our members, please encourage them to send in any comments they wish to make via this blog in the comments section. It is also good to hear comments from parents on their views of breakfast club and how it has supported your work commitments.
We hope to continue to provide a valued and enjoyable service for the children and their families for a long time.
